Needs Assessment: Before beginning work together, we will conduct a free, no-obligation consultation to assess your needs and goals, determine if our service is right for you, and formulate recommendations for your unique circumstances. To get started, simply call our toll-free number or forward your existing resume via fax or e-mail.
Consultation and Strategy Development: Once we agree to work together, the first step is a brief pre-consultation worksheet that zeroes in on critical "positioning" information. Next we schedule an in-depth telephone consultation, during which we expand on the material in your draft/old resume, gather your most recent information, and ask questions to help us learn your strengths, accomplishments, potential, and goals.
Professional Resume Preparation: Using the information we’ve gleaned during our consultation – information about you, your current career goals, your experience and accomplishments – we then write and design your resume to reflect your unique qualifications, clearly communicate your executive brand, and give you a competitive edge for the executive opportunities you are targeting.
Proof Review/Consultation/Finalization: The resume proof is forwarded for your review; then we gather your feedback, discuss changes or revisions, and produce a final version. You will receive electronic versions (MS Word and ASCII text), and we'll be glad to prepare a PDF file and send laser-print originals to you at your request (no additional charge).
Time zone differences, scheduling conflicts, and prohibitive phone costs for international clients may make it a better option for us to work with you solely by e-mail and/or fax. We are totally comfortable using these media instead of or in addition to telephone consultation.
Your resume proof will be completed within 5-7 working days of our in-depth telephone consultation. To meet an urgent need, we can provide accelerated service (1-2 days) at a 50% surcharge.
The investment for your resume (quoted as a firm fee) will be based on complexity of the project. Since every client is unique, each project is priced individually. The typical fee range for our executive resumes is $1550 to $2550, with most projects falling somewhere in the middle.
All fees are discussed and agreed to before work is begun.
Payment is normally made by debit or credit card (MC, Visa, AmEx); we can also accommodate payment by check, money order, or wire transfer.
